Questionnaire – Annual Wage Statistics

The email about the survey has been sent to all working members in the non-state sector – that is, to those of you who do not work in the state or in Virke-organized enterprises. We ask about gross annual salary as of December 31, 2024.

We encourage everyone to respond. Please check your spam filter/junk mail if you have not received the email with a link to the survey.

Forskerforbundet's wage statistics are an important tool for securing your rights in salary negotiations. In order to provide an accurate picture of salary developments in academia, research and the knowledge sector, we need up-to-date information from you. By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you contribute to:

• Strengthening local and central salary negotiations.
• Making inequalities and trends in the sector visible.
• Better working conditions for employees in the knowledge sector.

You can access the questionnaire by clicking on the link in the e-mail. In the questionnaire, you will be asked to state your gross salary corresponding to 100 % position as of December 31, 2024 and you should therefore have this on hand.

The information is provided anonymously, is treated confidentially and will only be used for statistical purposes.

The link is unique and should only be used by you, not forwarded. 

The questionnaire was sent to all our active members in non-state sectors. For members who are state employees, the statistics are collected via our local union representatives.
